Gaze-based Main menu / Options #16

I'm sure we'll change this a great deal, but it'd help to have some sort of main menu for our use.

I'm thinking:

  1. Song selection
  2. Calibration Mode: On/Off
  3. Autorepeat Mode: On/Off
  4. Quit
