Describe the bug Publish is getting stuck at processing markdown files step

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run doctor publish
See error (screenshot)

Expected behavior It should complete the process and publish the site

Related to #155 - Please try to update version 1.12.0 and run it again. If it still occurs, run doctor publish --debug and let me know what happens.
