[BUG] "Process markdown files" hangs when using Certificate Authentication #159

Describe the bug When switching from deviceCode authentication to Certificate Authentication the "Process markdown files" section hangs

To Reproduce Use certificate based authentication for "doctor publish"

Expected behavior One of the two things should happen

  1. This fails at certificate authentication
  2. This completes successfully I'm pretty sure its not a certificate issue, but if it is, I would expect the error to happen there instead of hanging at markdown files.
