Feature Request: Failed to retrieve an accessToken - Indicator #34

Hi, as I don't check my logs that often I don't always know when my access token has expired. Would be useful if there was an indicator (switch or sensor) that could be used to trigger an automation so I can change the colour of the light I use so I know to sign back in. Thanks
