Support waveshare rgb led hat? #17

Hey there,

the unicorn phat is retired and it's hard to find one for a good price. My local dealer told me that the >waveshare rgb led hat< is the same. Does the unicorn-busy-server works with the waveshare rgb led hat?

No experience with Waveshare, so at the moment it is not "yet" supported. If I can get my hands on one of them, I would be able to see how we can integrate it. Or feel free to do a PR with the Waveshare support.

Hi. Thanks for reply. I just took the risk and bought the waveshare hat yesterday and tried it out. My dealer seems to be right that it is identical to the unicorn phat. I can control the waveshare rgb led hat with the unicorn-busy-server under DietPi. After successfully installing the Homebridge plugin, my teams status is now displayed correctly. I only have difficulties with the control via Homekit. Somehow that doesn't work yet.

What do you want to get working in Homekit?

Hi.

Basically the unicorn server works. I can see the current status in the Homekit, but switching manually does not work. I am satisfied so far. I don't need any manual controls in the Homekit.
