Fix: Browser freezing in some points #212

When clicking on the Book a Demo button, the browser is freezing for some bug on the javascript bundle.

When the hubspot form component is is checking for window.hbspt. I think we need to forward this on via partytown.

I think this could easily just be the "start" of this work.

Also - I am wondering if the HubspotModal component should stay keepMounted. Right now we are loading in chunks of code/functionality that is not being used.
