Add `next steps` to the blog page template

Need to add the next steps section to blog posts

Work required

• [x] Decide if this will be on all blogs - or just certain ones that are multi part
• [x] Decide how we will generate this list of links
  • we might want to auto generate this - but that could be an issue by adding links to totally unrelated blogs.
  • Probably should make these hand curated
• [ ] Implement the list of links in the blog template

@Brenosalv thanks for tagging me in here - do you know if we have categories on our current blog posts? I would think there are two good options here:

1. If we have categories, show the most recent post in the category
2. If we do not have categories, we would likely want to show the most recent posts, but as Travis mentioned they might not be relevant.

@altitude-lucas Good idea. We do not have a "categories" property but we could filter next posts by same author or tag. Below are the blog post's properties:

Tags are like categories and we could use them to filter next blog posts:

But to summarize, we could show posts from the same author or tag. Which one makes more sense to you?

Also, instead if "Next steps", I would replace it with "Recent posts" or "Read also". I don't see much sense in "Next steps" if the posts are not a sequence of the current one. But let me know what you think.

I would vote for Recent posts and put recent ones there
