SEO : Remove need for window width listener #300

Changes

Did some minor clean up with the Author Bio section
Switched background images to the wrapper component
Replace the sticky box component with CSS only approach
Restyle the main CTA box at the bottom to a CSS only approach
- This does not match 100% but better for performance and looks okay
