Description

We are currently rewriting the h2 CSS code every time we create a new page section. To avoid this repetition, we should make the h2 style global.

Work required

[ ] Centralize the h2 styles in the global CSS.
[ ] Remove the repeated h2 CSS code from all the section styles.
