Make stats filter more obvious #1163

To try to make the filtering of stats even more obvious possible move the filter to a button in the "toolbar" area that has a calendar icon. That way more people might be able to notice the stats are filtered to a certain time period.

Going to leave the button where it is and just change the icon and add some text back to reduce the scope of the change.
