Adding a new "counter" for backfill button (going live)
Starting to wire up the ability to do a full "reset" on a data flow (commented out)

rename the binding store so it is clear it is a hook
directly use the binding store hook and skip invariable store

Misc

Used the outlined styling for chips in other areas
Reduced code duplication in the source capture chip
Move common hooks into a single shared hook for save/test buttons
