[x] Database support. The live_specs_ext view needs to be extended to include the data_plane_name of the matched data-plane (i.e., value of the data_plane_id column of the live_specs table).
Additional Comments
Identifying the data-plane related to an entity in list views (e.g., entity tables) is desired but more data-planes need to be available before surfacing that information.
Supporting requests for private data-planes via a CTA (and/or setting up private data-planes) in the client is a feature that will be developed after the initial data-planes release.
