Visually distinguish between newly found collections on "Refresh" #508

Problem We currently don't make it easy to understand which collections are newly found and which ones were previously existing when editing a capture and clicking "Refresh" to find new ones.

We should group newly found ones into a different section so that users can understand which ones have been found.

Adding Binding Selector label but think this could be a feature we add to collection selector even before a total overhaul
