data loading animation while waiting data to be fetched from server #1031

Hi,

It takes couple of seconds for data to be fetched from the server and in that time, the table is shown empty. How can I show a loading animation inside the ng-table?

I'd like to keep this project, there are many feature and improvement we could add. are u active?
