Feature Request: Have icon zoom on rollover go down once app is launched #14

I have Harbor set up to be on my home screen as usual. I also have RiftBoard to launch my home screen as an overlay over the screen when in apps using activator. When riftboard is activated the first time while in an app Harbor is flat. I use it then to launch a different app. Then when I go to use it a second time Harbor is shown with the icon zoom already up and zoomed on the last app I launched.

RiftBoard updated and fixed this. My apologies, thought it was Harbor. Thanks!
