Allow resizing of the window and table columns #24

Greetings,

First I wanted to say thanks for the plugin.

I'm not too sure about some of changes proposed or if I missed an option but those changes should allow the user to change the size of the window and the columns in the table view.

I have rapidly looked over the proprieties of the other elements and the rest seems fine but keep I'm mind that my proposed fix might not be perfect but should at least greatly improve usability.

I have ended up redoing the whole dialog to make it scalable. Let me know if this format is ok with you. Qt has some constraints in regards to proportions and size (hence why I couldn't make the description area smaller and the table bigger). I couldn't find a way to quickly deal with that but if you want I might be able to alter it with more time.

Excellent! I am just back from some vacation time. Hopefully I will be able to look at this shortly.
