Been having a high amount of hitch warning on my server. Ran an ETW trace and the scoreboard seems to be the issue my server is having with the hitch warnings. If I disable the resource, no hitch warnings. This starts happening when 27 players are in the server. In the "Duration (ms) Field 3" table it shows 215.8634 ms.
