Make a pivot tool, to make a relative pivot point for groups and objects, say you're rotating something, but the pivot isn't in the right spot. That makes it go away from where you want it to and you have to move it back. Noone likes to do that, and if you want this to be user friendly I suggest pivots, they would be a very good tool to set a relative point from where you use a tool, such as sizing, and rotating. it would also make moving better.
