Documentation for 1.x to 2.x to 3.x migrations? #269

I've searched the issues here, looked at the README and checked out https://eta.js.org/docs, but I can't find any resources describing the 2.x to 3.x CHANGELOG or migration documentation.

The only reason I want to upgrade is to be sure I'm not vulnerable to https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-xrh7-m5pp-39r6.

Update:

v1.x to v2.x is a rewrite, but no intentional breaking changes: https://github.com/eta-dev/eta/releases/tag/v2.0.0
