Use the GAE service to select the right default ISP #5

Now that http://steam-limiter.appspot.com is up and running, add a WSH script 
to retrieve the suggested filterip value based on the external IP address and 
set that as default instead of using TelstraClear and requiring it to be 
reconfigured.

Have the script run if there's no previous filter IP in the registry before 
launching the main filter application.

Whether to add a pop-up for this when retrieving the ideal server or not is 
something to consider
