I have used Twist Exome 2.0 for my exome capture and I have downloaded the Twist exome 2.0 hg38 targets bed file. there is no baits bed file provided by Twist. Can I use this targets bed file as is or do I need to provide padding(however -p option isn't there) or do any other modifications to it?
