feat: get model modes and detect norag mode. #45

It requires the albert-api version >= 02b989d to support the new /models endpoints.

PS: Just a remark, but !sources could be present event in a norag mode. It will just show the semantic search results associated to the last query, which can be usefull in some scenario.

@bolinocroustibat just a hint ti be sure, but the albert-api staging needs to be rebuilt after my last patches. I say that because I am not sure it was done in the last deployement as we just rebuilt the chunks.
