Quelques ajustements de style pour le rendu markdown et la version mobile.

Yes I will :+1: Right now, my goal is to make doc.data.gouv.fr properly work because it's in production.

I will backport these style adjustment on template.data.gouv.fr, but:

the process going from template.data.gouv.fr to doc.data.gouv.fr is a little bit unclear to me
it needs a little bit of work to have these part templated (bullet point, ordered lists, images in paragraph, ...)
some details only exists on markdown rendering (ex: the img + em part)
the template part is used by other sites which means: many discussions, everybody has to agree on the style and changes should be portable to other sites

So, this PR is the shortest path to production, these points are the long process I will handle later ;)
