Follow what was already done on https://github.com/etalab/agd.data.gouv.fr: specify a custom theme so that GitHub Pages can build it directly. Avoids a build on Circle and then a push on the branch gh-pages.

Discovered GitHub does not support custom plugins for now, this is needed for code highlighting / snippets for now. Sad. #91
