Some new domains, and happy new year!

I worked on all of this very sporadically so I don't remember all the details, but here's a bunch of new domains.

I know some domaines were dropped from the working list, I did not checked for all, but here's a few reasons:

• ac-creteil.fr uses an incomplete certificate chain
• ac-besancon.fr did not really dropped, they're now www.ac-besancon.fr
• ac-noumea.nc gives 503
• adcf.asso.fr really times out
• admin.decouvrirlemonde.jeunes.gouv.fr deliver the wrong certificate
• ...

I always fear I get rate-limited when I rescan the 2k+ domains from scratch (which happen often on *.aphp.fr), leading to a lot of false negatives, but it looks like the suppressions here are real issues.

Next step: contact individuals behind each failing domain? :D

Thanks a lot for taking care of maintaining this repo.

Note that I'm in touch with initiatives who claim to have more +50K public sector domains, I'm trying to get access to there database to understand how we could join our efforts.

That said, incremental improvements are always welcome here because (1) I'm not sure these database will be released under a free license and (2) the experience you get by improving this repo will always be valuable!
