new design for presentation and who are we pages - responsive enhancements

@CPelletier there is a conflict with actualites.html communaute.html presentation.html Could you have a quick look please ?

I started to review most of the files, and it looks good so far

Voici d'autre remarques que m'ont fait parvenir l'équipe :

• communauté / premier encart : le gras me gêne un peu sur le fond bleu -->par ailleurs vérifier l'accessibilité je trouve que cela fait beaucoup de couleurs sur des couleurs (le fond rouge attaque un peu non ?)
• membres de l'équipe : il faut mettre un espace avant les :
• présentation : dans l'encadré rouge, "squad" est invisibilise

En résumé on préfère la page présentation que la page communauté

presentation.html : there is an overlap of the bird pic when rezising the window (makes it unclear to read the text)
