Thanks. There is some overlap now with both https://github.com/etalab/radar-tech-backend/blob/master/README.md and https://github.com/etalab/radar-tech-backend/blob/master/HOW_TO_DEPLOY.md.

Can you centralize the document on radar-tech and leave specific parts for the frontend/backend on radar-tech-frontend/backend?
