Add acronym in title #13

Useful when searching in schema.data.gouv.fr for example.

Do we need a version bump for this? I don't think so.

I think we do not need a bump version for it but what we can do is searching inside other fields of schema in schema.data.gouv.fr search. Let me see what we can do there first. I get back to you here.

Merci @abulte ! Au final vu les conflits et le passage au data-package qui en rajoute, j'ai simplement refait une PR avec la même idée.

Merci de l'avoir préparé, c'est un point pénible !

Je remplace donc par:
