Utilisation de ReportType incident/general sur les Situations #14

Le profil SIRI France pourrait recommander l'utilisation de l'attribut ReportType notamment pour permettre de différencier les Situations qui relèvent des perturbations pour le voyageur (ReportType incident) des Situations qui relèvent de l'information pour le voyageur (ReportType general).

C'est notamment le cas dans le profil Nordic: https://enturas.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PUBLIC/pages/637370605/SIRI-SX#SIRI-SX-PtSituationElement ou l'attribut est même obligatoire:
