Add a metadata if the dataset contains pick_up/drop_off that need calling the agency #102

It could be useful to add a metadata (like those) telling if the gtfs has some pick_up/drop_off that need a phone call ( pick_up_type/drip_off_type = 2), and maybe if it needs to be coordinated with the driver too ? (pick_up_type/drip_off_type = 3)
