First, I would like to say I really admire the way you have gone about with the report and the visualizations used in your report to convey your analysis, like fig 3. 3, which gives the most amount of information in a single graph. And also your note on the downfall of your data. Starting with the text written , I highly recommend you use either square braces [ ] or round braces ( ) for the papers cited, because it was a little confusing at first.
One of the main things that I found would be useful for you guys to look out for is to probably give different variables to represent plots using ggplotly, any other information that is not already understood /found using the x & y-axes. Probably remove the y-axis text?
