These are the new questions we wish to answer and include into the report:

What is the difference in energy produced between hydro power and pumped hydro power?
How efficient is it to produce electricity by using pumped hydropower as a renewable energy source?
What has the trend been like for EU countries to reach their 2020 renewable energy target?

Questions look interesting. You need to:

map out why these are useful questions to ask, relative to what has already been addressed in the original report.
make an outline for proceeding that includes taking the identified problems and explaining how these will be addressed by the changes
