Feedback on introduction, data description and questions #1

Well done on having a good look at the data at hand and coming up with interesting questions. The problem is exciting and I’m looking forward to seeing how you go about answering the questions.

You need to add the introduction and motivation part. The data description is too long as you have many data sets available. The document would flow better if you have a brief description for each of the datasets along with the number of observations and time frame available. And then give a better understanding of only those variables you would look closely while answering your questions - like data is available for how many universities by type and state.
