Reorder Date values on x-axis in chronological order and fix overlapping values #17

I have the following dataset and I'm trying to create a scatter plot with Date on the x-axis and freq on the y-axis. The dates on the x-axis aren't in chronological order and are overlapping. Is there any way that I can arrange the dates in chronological order on the x-axis and prevent them from overlapping?
