[WIP] Fix presentation of comments. Part of #117. #118

"Announcement" markup screwed with the selector. This is a better way to get access to the correct element.

We have to do something with /threads. The structure had changed in that the comments are not a separate table. That means that the content latest needs to change to accept rows rather than the table itself. On Jul 11, 2016 5:32 PM, "Chris James" notifications@github.com wrote:
