Displaying announcements better #49

Adds detection of announcements like the Feb 11, 2014 "The Day We Fight Back". Haven't tested it on normal page or any other announcements.

Also not done: any styling of the announcement, but it looks mostly OK and the site is functional again.

Thanks for the patch, cobbal. I had a 12 hour shift today or I would've noticed/fixed this earlier. Hopefully your fix will work for future announcements as well!
