Marionette scaffolding, client-side dashboard

@katiek and @geosoco, here is the client side code for the dashboard, using the application and view types defined by Backbone.Marionette.

There is a test build available here.

Summary:

• added a dashboard/app target to client.build.js (which is used when generating optimized js files for production)
• a common css file, which currently just pulls in Twitter Bootstrap and a layout.css file (which pulls in a sticky_footer.css file).
• a dashboard.css file which pulls in common.css and some special dashboard-specific styles.
• shared models and views for app status, data set, and activities (recent activity on text prizm)
• dashboard/app.js, which takes the base app defined in textprizm.js and adds dashboard-specific functionality
• dashboard controller and router
• base Text Prizm application, in textprizm.js

Besides the newline thing (is it a github thing? a netbeans thing? a you-hate-newlines-like-a-windows-user thing?) this is good. I vote "one newline at end of file" to be part of our style guide.
