Make Todos stackable #3

Allow for a todo to be moved 'inside' another to do, thus making it into a parent todo for more todos to be placed into

Maybe make a separate 'sub-topic' option (as for example a plus on the right side of the todo item) so that the item can be expanded to a subtopic and so other items could be added to it. This way items will not be accidentally added to other items when a user just wants to move it
