Would like to route repository events to a separate channel without specifying CALLSIGN for each of them #11

We have quite a bit of repository CALLSIGNs and I would like to route all repository-related notifications into a separate channel without having to list each callsign individually.

Something like:

repositories:
  all: '#channel'

Implemented in latest release.
