If a race participant is on track since min_interval and there is a new event at the node, then create a button next to the time with the userID. Up to 5 IDs may be shown in one row. Disregard any further userIDs on track.
Important: This setting is optional and can be activated or deactivated in the user interface, because a race official at the start gate's node should not see any suggestions.
