Error's description

Gradle's dynamic task loading only works in sources format. The path of JARs to be dynamically loaded must be added.

Steps to reproduce the error

Add xml translation tool
Execute ./gradlew copilot.translation -Pparg=
Duplicate copilot.translation task error

Expected behavior

The copilot tool tasks are loaded dynamically.
