Issue #299: taxes without father are removed upon completion #374

In the past, taxes were removed from the taxes tab of both invoice and order by deleting lines from these entities, this causes problems in OracleDB. Since refactoring the triggers of these entities is not feasible, the logic that eliminates taxes has been moved to two extension points, so now the elimination will be done when completing the entities.
