Make "Run command" option, that make possible to use custom command, for open urls (e.g. "chromium --app=").

I like this idea, could we make it so it defaults to opening with a browser, so out of the box it "just works"?

I think it is a good idea to use default browser if "Run command" field is empty, otherwise we can use checkbox.
