I think it was Omei's tool that made me realize that this will be possible. I will like to be able to specify that a base at a specific sequence spot. I already do this by visual seach, but it takes longer time, than if I could drag together the designs in an easy way. Sometimes I only want 1 or two bases to be static at a specific spot. Giving us this will give us a much stronger means to search through the data both for voting, designing and analysis in particular.
