Add GA #60

I think this should be sufficient to get page/user analytics, but it takes a couple days for the data to propagate properly into GA for me to verify - I'll wait to merge until that's settled

Fixed an issue causing it to not report the page properly, but it looks like it's only sending events in the browser preview, not on an actual device - probably due to Cordova loading the page over file://. I found some suggestions for working around this I'll look into.
