Added lab leaderboard functionality #246

Added LabLeaderboard file to print out returned synthesized solutions for individual labs. Added corresponding text to en.json. Modified LabView to support new table. The LabLeaderboard style is pretty much the exact same as the actual leaderboard page. Looking for advice on style, code structure/conventions. Resolves #239
