Update Landing Page, Update About Page, Implement Challenge Page, Implement History Page #252

This pull request integrates updates and implementation of various front-facing pages:

  1. Landing Page: Has an updated hero section that leverages new Eterna illustration style.
  2. About Page: Includes illustrated story frames that explain RNA, as well as a new media section, new contributors section, and new history section.
  3. History Page: A brief summary of the origins, science, software, and community of Eterna.
  4. Challenge Page: An overview of the main challenges run over the course of Eterna's history.
