Migrate existing groups functionality to new website.

Thanks for all the hard work on this, and sorry for the delay on my end. There were a couple minor things that I went ahead and resolved just so I could get this pushed ahead (mostly just tweaks, and one bit of buggyness which is totally the fault of our wonky API). Thrilled to get one of the final pieces of remaining content ported over to Vue!
