Calendar #294

Implement new calendar view for community events. Can be accessed by going to /calendar or by navigating through the top bar under "Community" menu.

Everything looks good, and I now have our API key set up in our build pipeline. Going to hold off merging until we have more content in the calendar per our discussion with Sharif (which should hopefully get filled out within the next couple days).
