Omicron lab results #5

Here is the bulk of the results for the Omicron lab. There are still some to-do items:

There may be some additional to-do items that I have not noticed yet. I would appreciate at least one other set of eyes looking at the changes in analysis.md, as the formatting of the table was significantly changed, and I would like to ensure that the information in the table is still correct.

@sbutkovi this looks great. I double-checked the reordered table in analysis.md and it passes all the sanity checks that I could think of. I think this is fine to merge.

Additional cleanup of FASTAs and .png's could be a separate pull request; after that goes through we could put out a release.
